Figure 4. DSB repair is impaired in ER-positive cells-deprived from estrogen. MCF7 cells were deprived of E2 for 72 h and either exposed to NCS for 10 min (DNA damage) (A,B) or resupplied with E2 and after 20 min were exposed to NCS for 10 min (E2 + DNA damage) (A,C).
