For both programs, there was a significant difference in the distributions of responses, shifting right from “Needs improvement” towards “Good”/“Very good”, from baseline to completion (specialty workshops: X2 = 135.35, df = 4, P < 0.001; blended learning course: X2 = 46.35, df = 4, P < 0.001), and also from baseline to follow-up for specialty workshops (X2 = 17.75, df = 4, P = 0.001) but not for the blended learning course (X2 = 6.05, df = 3, P = 0.109).
